At Maxjevon, we take pride in offering quality fairly used laptops that are carefully tested and verified before sale. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
You may request a return or exchange if:
The laptop delivered is different from what was ordered
The laptop has a major functional defect not disclosed at the point of sale
The item was damaged during delivery
All return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase
Minor cosmetic issues (scratches, signs of previous use), as laptops are fairly used
Software-related issues after delivery (virus infection, OS changes, third-party installations)
Physical damage caused by misuse, liquid, power surge, or unauthorized repairs
Items returned after the 24-hour inspection window
Returned items must be in the same condition as delivered
All accessories (charger, battery, etc.) must be included
Security seals (if any) must not be tampered with
Items that fail inspection may be rejected or returned to the customer.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
Refunds are made via the original payment method
Delivery or logistics fees are non-refundable

We encourage exchange over refunds where possible
Exchanges are subject to product availability
